Lava Studio called us to understand how the presence of certain elements helps to contain the space and give home to works that symbolize something important to us. We were called to design the studio with two very clear needs. To serve as an art “showroom” and also to be the studio of an art curator who loves books and is passionate about old movies. We wanted to design something that would serve as a background for the artworks and the book collection, that would let them stand out, but that would have its own personality and particular details. Lava Studio manages to create a very intimate space that expresses the passion of a great couple, but at the same time invites you to visit their world and feel welcomed.
